Authorize approval of resolution to Keith and Schnars, P.A. for amendment to their original Water Distribution System Modeling Agreement. The original cost proposal was $24,000. This proposal of $12,000.00 is to include additional infrastructure improvements to their calculations, update the development of a water distribution system model to confirm operating system conditions, identify deficiencies and recommend improvements to the distribution system. |

It is recommended that the City Commission approve a resolution for Amendment No. 1 to original proposal for additional engineering services from Keith and Schnars, P.A. in the amount of $12,000.00 for the City of Dania Beach Water Distribution System Modeling, and authorize the City Manager to execute same.
